I get this error when running script

Connect-MsolService : The term 'Connect-MsolService' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, function,

script file, or operable program. Check the spelling of the name, or if a path was included, verify that the

path is correct and try again.

when I run powershell as admin, it shows msonline is installed connect-msonline works, but when I am not it doesn't work.

Any idea, Thank you in advance.
