Logging in

Question

I recently had a small update on my windows 11 and apparently it changed some security settings and deactivated my pin number. It then forces me to set up my pin again. I then need to log into my Microsoft account, however the email address it’s asking me to log into is no longer in use/inaccessible so i tried logging into my active address and got this error.

I’m effectively locked out of my computer.

Forgot to mention “skip for now” at the bottom left does nothing and takes me back to the “set up my pin” message.
