Unfortunately Minsoo there is no other option. If the ban is upheld you won’t be able to make any purchases.
Can not process orders.
It has been has this issues since July 6 on my account,order can not complete at the end.also did received email said I can not use Microsoft account for purchase any more.in one month I spend about almost $10,000.00 on my Microsoft account, and never doing anything mistakes or something.also I used you guys finance and fully paid off every times,now my balance even showing negative like I am paying extra.and Microsoft just did this for me with out any reason?
