I understand that you have encountered the problem that the Microsoft site cannot be opened normally.
While I was replying to this thread we were viewing the page on several devices and the site opened fine.
So we want to know the details:
How long has this problem been going on? Is it accessible today?
Does this problem occur in all network environments? Have you tried changing to another network?
Do you have site blocking tools or security software installed on your computer?
