System Thread Exception

My laptop has shut down. It says system thread exception. I have gone to windows.com/stopcode and had no success in resetting. Please help!

    Hi Karen

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Are you able to get into the Recovery Envinrment using the method below, and if so, can you get into Safe Mode?

    Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

    On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

    Usually indicates a driver problem

    Are you able to restart the laptop? if you are visit that makers site to down load any Bios and all driver updates.

    Do NOT install drivers from elsewhere, includeing win update optional updates

    The system maker will also show how to run diagnostics on boot up
