Epson printer issues with Windows 11

Every time I go to use the Epson Printer (ET-2750), with Windows 11, it never finds the printer, it has to search it out. I usually have to go to the Printer app & "Remind" it that it's the printer. It goes through this troubleshooting mode of finally doing something to the "Spooler" and then it will kick on & recognize the printer. I have called Epson numerous times on this. But it appears to be the problem of Windows 11 and not Epson.

-Has anyone experienced this issue?

You don't know how many hours literally I have spent trying to get my Epson 4100 to work with Windows 11. Besides Windows 11 being an unmitigated disaster, It won't print. I have downloaded new drivers, no luck, Both windows and from Epson. Now it won't ever print a test page which a couple of times it did but nothing more. I have tried both wireless and hard wire to the computer nothing seems to work. My updates are "up to date. Is it me or Windows 11 or is my Epson desk jet 4100 not compatible with windows 11. A phone # to Epson support would be helpful is someone knows it... Help school starts in a week and this old 69 yo is going back to college. Or as a last resort I am willing to buy a new printer with drivers that are compatable with windows 11. Don't know why Epson didn't have this in the first place, this isn't a very old printer less than a year more like 6 months old. I have literally spent over 50 hrs trying to solve this problem. Please help me!

Same here. Epson ET-3850. Ran perfectly on 10. Then I made the deadly mistake of going to 11. Now it is too late to undo. I've wasted half of my life trying to get this thing to connect. This is a NEW printer.

Same issue with the ET-2850. I've reinstalled that duck-plucker about 6 times. The last time Win 11 saw it halfway through the install. BTW Win 11 IS an unqualified DISASTER.

I have the same issues with an ET-3760, have noticed that when I have the issue, the first thing that's printed when I get it to print are 6 lines, starting with a POST / ip/print HTTP/1.1 for the first line. The same 6 lines are repeated every time.

The Epson Printer Correction Checker is a life saver, has always been able to fix the problem sofar. Windows Diag not. Epson Printer Correction Checker always reports the same problem with a print spooler/Printer Queue problem but is able to correct the problem.

I didn't have this issue with Windows 10. You can call Epson support, they will work with you but if like others, they in the end, will tell you its a Window issue. Here is how you can contact Epson

    Internet Support

Visit Epson's support website at epson.com/support (U.S.), epson.ca/support (Canada), or epson.com.jm/support (Caribbean) and select your product for solutions to common problems. You can download drivers and documentation, get FAQs and troubleshooting advice, or e-mail Epson with your questions.

    Speak to a Support Representative
