Unhandled Exception has occurred in a component in your application - MSI Center App downloaded from Microsoft app store

Question

I download an app from the Microsoft store MSI Center (Link), however after the installation is finished and when I open the app I get this error "Unhandled exception has occurred..... Object reference not set to an instance of an object"

Notes:

1. I have recently reinstalled a fresh version of win 10 Pro for workstation
2. Laptop MSIGF75 Thin, 24GB Ram, 10 Gen intel i7, RTX3060 Graphics

Do you have the same problem when downloading and installing other software in the store?

At present, it seems that your problem may be caused by system components. You can click this link to download and install the Microsoft .NET Framework first then reboot your pc and check again.
