Hi,

is there a way to set "find my files" to enhanced with the help of a GPO?
When it is not possible to do it with GPO, than with REGEDIT?

    Hi @Tonito Dux ,

The Windows Registry key for the Find My Files options is called EnableFindMyFiles, and is located over here:
    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows Search\Gather\Windows\SystemIndex

I couldn't find any existing GPO for changing this, but you can definitely create your own GPO that modifies the registry value for this registry key.

    Hi @Tonito Dux ,

Thank you so much for posting here.

As Leno provided, we could modify the registry value to enable the Enhanced mode. Have we tried to modify the registry value?

If the suggestion provided is helpful, we would appreciate it that you would accept as answer. Or for any other assistance, please feel free to ask here.

Thanks again and looking forward to your feedback.
