Problem with new mouse.

I recently bought a new mouse from Reddragon, Model M117, when I connect it to the PC I hear the Windows sound but the mouse does not work, I tried to uninstall and install software from the mouse, after that the mouse keeps turning on and off without disconnecting from the PC and the cursor moves on its own on screen.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix it since the mouse is not broken?

This could be a problem in the mouse firmware, I found these troubleshooting guides for the Redragon Cobra M711 and Redragon King Cobra M711-FPS, in this guide, you can see how to reset the mouse and reinstall the firmware.
