I was trying to connect to a controller via bluetooth. Once I've detected the wireless controller and the system asked me "Wireless Controller" would like to pair to this Windows device. Do you want to allow this? I clicked "Allow" and then the device the device just shut down completely and disconnected from pc. It was connected successfully for just a second after I allow it. Every time.

FYI I'm connecting a Dual Shock PS5 Controller.

One of those should work. If not please report back results of each step from each tutorial link so I know what else to suggest.

Feel free to ask back any questions. Based on the results you post back I may have other suggestions if necessary.
