I am getting Windows 11 critical errors including lockup and restart. The event viewer starts with this error.

The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

 and APPID

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

 to the user DENNISPC\maydc SID (S-1-5-21-2516198338-2382820860-3987951879-1002) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container MicrosoftWindows.Client.WebExperience_421.20070.625.0_x64__cw5n1h2txyewy SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool

Critical lockup occurs with this.

The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.

It is not due to power loss.

    I would also like to mention that I ran as administrator command prompt sfc /scannow. This corrected all but a couple of errors. The current errors are reduced to:

    and the bits client:

    These seem to be the last 2 errors not corrected and record in events right after startup.

    Hi Big Dog Big Feet,

    Is there a very large file named Memory.dmp in the C:\Windows folder?

    Hi Big Dog Big Feet,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

    Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

    Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

    Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
