For now, if the file is originally Unrated, you have to rate the .mp4 in Windows Media Player.

This is a workaround until Microsoft fixes whatever is causing the issue.

A fix for Windows 11 is coming in an upcoming update, so we can presume - or hope - that Windows 10 will also be fixed.

There is a problem though, it cannot be changed from there as 'unrated' is there where the stars should be.

    Heres what I see

You can edit the other propeties though,

Is there a diagnosis for this problem?
