Can't remove useless keyboards

I have had this huge amount of useless keyboard layouts that cause clutter (I use Icelandic but the default is Spanish) and I can't figure out how to remove the ones I don't need because they're not in the language list in settings. Images for reference. I also couldn't find anything online. (Windows 10)

    I already removed all possible, but most of them still show up

    And no, they don’t need languages to maintain them for some reason

    Linked keyboard layouts must appear within the options for each language.

    Access each one and try to delete the ones you won't be using.

    Check if it is possible to remove them.
