Hello! I have a problam with a certain game (Assassin's Creed Chronicles). Everytime it crashes i get the following error in event viewer:

I tried running the sfc /scannow command, also run Windows Update, but the problem persists. Can you help me fix the issue?

Exception code: 0xc0000374 means STATUS_HEAP_CORRUPTION, i.e. some internal data regarding memory allocation are corrupted. Please try to reinstall the game.
