I wish we could help but we do not handle server issues here at all. I gave you links to the forums where this is dealt with, enough you should be ble to get help quick there if you will post in the correct forum.

So previously i was using SQL express 2014 and my app was working just fine. After update it does not work, i tried completely uninstalling, reinstalling the software and also removing and reinstalling all instances of SQL, i also tried using SQL expres 2019 and nothing. At the end of my setup of when i launch my software this is the message it. Can anyone help please.

Thanks. I will try. However it is an issue with windows and SQL installation, anything helps.

Solutions we give here will conflict with Group Policy which is not used in consumer Windows at all.
