You save to \Documents and not the root folder
Cannot Save Files to the C Drive
I have changed my permissions to full and ensured that I am a Administrator, but I still cannot save a csv file to the C drive.

That is standard in Windows 10 and 11, the root of the C drive is protected by the system, it is a security measure against malware.
If you want to save files to your C drive, you must create a folder on the C drive for the files you want to save, or you can save the file somewhere, then move the file to the root of the C drive, you will be asked for confirmation, and then it can be moved to the C drive.
