RemoteApp hanging on loading virtual machine

Hi guys

In short:

  1. Reinstalled Windows 11.
  2. Installed all drivers and Windows updates including Microsoft store.
  3. Configured remote application access via SSL server.
  4. Cannot connect - hanging on loading virtual machine. (mstsc.exe and mstscax.dll both V10.0.22621.457)
  5. Downgraded mstsc.exe and mstscax.dll both to V10.0.22000.1042.
  6. Remote application connects via published application and not hanging on loading virtual machine.

I have 2 newly installed PC's in the company both Windows 11, which cannot connect using mstsc.exe and mstscax.dll both V10.0.22621.457.

Can you please investigate? Supply a solution?
