Windows Update Error

Question

I tried to download the Windows update, but it either gets to 100% and then something goes wrong, or the download won't even start. I tried the troubleshooter, but it didn't help. This is the message I got:

Your device is missing important security and quality fixes. There were some problems installing updates, but we’ll try again later. If you keep seeing this and want to search the web or contact support for information, this may help: (0x800703f9)

Launch the Microsoft Store app > go to Library > click on "Get updates" to ensure that all MS Store apps are updated as well.

Reboot your machine and check again.
