Hi!

I'm using mouse and keyboard from Microsoft for less than year, and I've been experiencing some misfunction for like a month. There's a significant delay, especially using the mouse. I've tried solutions exposed here Microsoft Wireless mouse and keyboard lag in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community but it didn't work. Also, I have a old logitech and tried it, it's is working fine. When I turn to use the Microsoft one, the problem comes back.
The delay can be more or less significant, its intenstiy is not constant.
I've changed the batteries, it's all good.
Changed USB port, same.
I use it in Windows and Linux, the problem happens exactly the same on both.
Tried another notebook using Windows, same problem

Nothing alike passes with the Logitech, which is like 4 or 5 years old now
My kit is Microsoft Wireless Mouse 5000 and Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 5050, they connect through the same USB receiver

Any help is more than welcome, thanks!

    Hello IsabelaGodoy1,

    I am Jaspreet Singh.

Since the issue persists across devices and on Linux and windows both it is most likely an issue with the mouse itself. Since you have already tried changing batteries and similar troubleshooting the only option left would be to apply for replacement of the device is under warranty. Is it so?
