MICROPHONE ERROR

Hi, day before yesterday night i was in a zoom meeting, suddenly the mic didn't work, i on the mic and i was speaking but the others couldn't hear me. So after that I restart my laptop and started to check it again , but it did not work, i shut it down and checked yesterday, but it didn't work.

I NEED IMMEDIATE HELP ! PLEASE!!

    May I know if you are using intern or external Mic?

    Kindly go to Control Panel > Sound > Recording tab > Please take a screenshot and post it back.

    Right click on Start > Device Manager > Expand Audio inputs and outputs > Take a screenshot and post it back.
