Hi,

I notice my wifi board is active but i can't switch on the wifi detection from the window pane in the bottom right corner:

I just run sfac /scannow but it didn't solve anithing. I also tried to restart the board.

I can use the ethernet board. What else can i do?

Hi gtsolid,

Open the Settings App, then go to Update and Security - Troubleshoot, then in the optional Troubleshooters, run the Network troubleshooter, does that find any problems?

On the function keys (F1 - F12) on your keyboard, is there one for toggling on your WiFi connection, ad does that key or Fn + that key enable WiFi?

    It doesn't work.

When I clic on the WiFi button it remains greyed out for some time and then return to white without activating the detection.

    Hi gtsolid,

I am Dave, I will help you with this, please try this:

Click your Start Button, type cmd and choose Command Prompt

Run this command and hit Enter:

    ipconfig /flushdns

    Close Command Prompt

    Open the Settings App

    Go to Network and Internet

    Click the Network Reset button

Wait for your PC to automatically restart after 5 minutes, do not manually restart your PC.
