Windows not booting

I've formatted my hard drive fully by aomei Backupper
And from then when iam installing windows from a bootable drive (gpt,fat32) it's not booting up its shows 0xc000000f error on windows boot manager when I choose my pendrive as a bootable media pls help me guys iam really tensed Pls help me from not getting beaten up by my parents please guyssssss plss

BTW I tried to boot my usb in my friend's lap it worked there but not in mine .
So will using media creation tool will solve this problem?

Thank you for that information, the USB is corrupt it is not created correctly, this often happens with Rudus, the best option is to create a new bootable USB drive and this time use the Media Creation Tool.

1.I used Rufus to create by bootable pendrive.
I deleted all the partitions and formatted my hard disk with aomei backupper -

What method did you use to create the bootable USB, was that with the Media Creation Tool?
What exactly did you do with AOMEI Backupper?

Boot into BIOS
Find the option to reset BIOS defaults and apply that, so you are starting form a known setting
Ensure your BIOS is in UEFI Mode, and that Secure Boot is disabled
Set the USB as the primary boot device
Save those settings and try the installation again.
If you are still getting an error, please provide a photo of the error screen.
