    Hi LUMore-

I'm Kevin B., I do apologize for the inconvenience that you're experiencing right now, let me help you sort things out.

When did the issue started? Is this a personal computer or connected to a domain?

Kindly hover your mouse in the app in your taskbar (don't click it).

Once the preview window shows up kindly right click on it.

    Click on move.

Use your arrow key and see if you will be able to pull it up on your screen.

    If issue persists,

Kindly go to settings > system > display.

Check your scaling layout and your display resolution if it is set to recommended.

    Also,

Kindly try to update the display adapter driver of your windows and check if there's any changes

Update the Display Adapter driver on your computer

    Press windows key + X

    Select Device Manager

On the device manager, locate and expand display adapters

Right click on the display driver that is currently installed

    Select Update Driver

    Select search automatically for drivers

Windows will search for an available driver software online

Wait for the process to complete

    Check if everything works fine

Kindly keep me posted of the result

Hope this will help and have a bless day!

    Thanks.

    Kevin B.
