Hi
Welcome to Microsoft community.
I'm glad to help you.
This problem is generally divided into the following situations.
- Because your headset is a wireless headset, its bandwidth and transmission quality may not be as good as that of a wired headset, and it may not support 48000 hrtz quality.
- Your headset should have a driver. After you install Logitech driver, Logitech driver forces you to modify your audio quality back.
If it is the first case, it means that your wireless headset does not support such high quality, and may not be able to achieve this quality.
In the second case, you can try to uninstall your Logitech driver, use the audio driver that comes with Windows, and then set it to 48000 hrtz again to check whether it still changes back to 44100 hrtz.
If you need more help, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Best regards
