Need help starting with Kafka server

I'm getting the following error when setting up confluent. That's why looking for alternative options for Kafka.

From the error message it looks like you had a issue with credit card payment. To resolve this issue, update your credit and payment method by following the instruction mentioned in the document - Add or update a credit card for Azure.
