How do I fix this error?

Hi, Windows 11 pro, Legion 5 pro i7 11800H-32GB-1TB SSD-6GB 3060-WQXGA, I get this error. re started many times but yet I get it.
Even Windows Defender couldnt find anything.
It started right after deleting Afterburner.
I'd be glad if you could help me fixing it.

    Please provide a screenshot of all entries on the Startup tab in Task Manager

    When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator
