Hello, I have a problem with my screen, what happens is that it becomes somewhat pink and has on top some vertical pink stripes and a green, it is something difficult to explain ... every time I want to watch a video it's as if the frames of the video turn green and pink like ''glitch''. I finished searching the device manager and my Lenovo System Firmware 1.42.0.0 appears with a danger sign. I give it properties and it appears: The device will not work properly until you restart your computer. (Code 14)
Click Restart Computer to restart your computer. I don't know if that's the problem or something else causes that on my screen, I would be happy if someone can help me, Thank you.

Hi Paul!
The problem is still there and my display adapter is fine... I think the best solution would be to take it to a store for it to be checked. Thanks for helping!! now I will be able to tell the workers the places where you fixed the possible problems.
I hope you have a good day!
Can you temporarily disable the display driver to confirm if it's the issue?
Open Device Manager > click Display Adapters > right-click Display Driver > click Disable device.
The issue should be gone if the issue is the display driver.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks.
Hello! Paul Navera.
Thank you very much for wanting to help me, the problem now is that the firmware is already fine, only that there is still the problem of the screen with pink vertical stripes and a green one, I am thinking that it is the windows update, too bad it does not want to update or it could be some other problem...
Like i said thanks for helping me, i hope you have a great day.
Hi AlphS0,
I'm Paul and I'm here to help you with your concern.
Update or Rollback the Lenovo System Firmware driver in the Device Manager.
Open Device Manager >> right- click your Lenovo System Firmware >> click Update Driver.
If the system says that you have the latest driver installed. Try to Roll back the driver. Right-click your Lenovo System Firmware driver >> click Properties >> click Driver tab >> click Roll back driver.
I hope this helps. Feel free to ask back any questions and keep me posted.
