Windows 10 Maintenance

I have searched this, most speak of Maintenance keeps running, but I question if it does anything because it never completes and I see where it just doesn't do anything; how do I repair Windows 10 maintenance; it is a fresh download

Ok but the In-place upgrade had an error? if this is the case I am afraid you should do a clean install

Completed everything on the list, except upgrade, day before yesterday, did not fix the problem; Did the in place upgrade last night, then let maintenance run over night, still running when I got up. The image and upgrade are missing something; Now, I will tell you how this started; Had Windows 10 Pro on this device, and maintenance worked; I decided to Upgrade to Win 11 pro, even though MS said the device was not compatible, everything worked well, but I became concerned the MS would upgrade to something the device could not handle, so came back to Win10, this is the result.

Ok firstly try to repair the system by executing the command below:

In the search engine, type cmd and right-click run as administrator.

In this window you type each command one at a time and at the end of the process continues with the following:

• sfc /scannow

• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

• Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /CheckHealth

• DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

• Dism.exe /Online /Cleanup-Image /startComponentCleanup

Then restart the computer and verify.

Run a clean boot:

If the problems continue create a new local user and see if have any difference:
