Windows 11 background usually runs powershell after start

If you often see the following programs automatically execute in the background after Windows 11 is turned on, is it correct?
"C:\Windows\System32\WindowsPowerShell\v1.0\powershell.exe" -Version 5.1 -s -NoLogo -NoProfile

This will seriously affect my computer's performance and operating response speed.
Is this a necessary update, upgrade or initialization?
I still get the same result after reinstalling the computer.

The relevant screenshots are as follows:

I often see that the task manager has a powershell executable when the computer is slow to respond.

Sometimes there are two.

There may be up to three.

Because I can't find any related discussions on google, I really don't know how to do it.
