May I know where did you get the License key? did you buy it separately or it came with the computer? Are you trying to active the Windows for the first time or re-activating it?
Right click Start > Run Command Prompt as administrator and type in the following command:
slmgr.vbs /dlv
Take a screenshot of the opened window and post it back.
Have you changed any part of your computer?
