It seems typical to be unable to partition SD card larger than 32 GB as FAT32 partition. Your choice is partition and format the 25.94GB (unallocated) as another drive letter or redo the whole card and format as NTFS. Save the files/folders before doing anything.

Good Day! I just wanna ask how do I fix an SD card that has unallocated space. I try merging two partitions but the "extend volume" option is greyed out. I have tried creating a new volume but they don't merge. Thank you!

2022-09-15T15:33:16+00:00 SD cards do not have a long life. They are also relatively inexpensive. Best strategy MAY be to simply replace it.
They are a very poor choice for backups but are a useful tool for moving data between something like a camera and a computer. Think of them more like an old fashioned diskette.
