Headset/Drivers

I have tried so many times to use my headset on my computer. I know it’s not an issue with the cord or the jack because I had use my headset for one night after tediously trying to download drivers over and over. Now today my headset isn’t showing up again regardless of having all the drivers installed, when i went back to delete and reinstall them they just disappear and i can’t redownload anything. I have tried multiple times to download the realtek audio driver it either gives me an error or it makes me restart and still nothing. I have tried disabling some things and scanning for hardware changes. I have tried deleted all the audio drivers and restart my computer with the headset still plugged in to hopefully have them just reinstall themselves but nothing.

    Hi Seffy456.

I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

Where are you downloading the Realtek driver from?

Go to the support area of your computer manufacturer's website and download the latest audio driver. Then install the driver and see if it works correctly.

If you can't find the correct driver, let me know the manufacturer and model of your computer.
