I keep getting this Windows Installer not found message. Please help me get rid of it.

When the file downloads, unzip it.
Run Autoruns64 as Administrator
In the filter box in Autoruns, paste this: windowsinstallationassistant
If that finds any results, please provide a screenshot of the resulting Autoruns window.
