    Launch Services.msc

    Double-click "Auto Time Zone Updater".

    Set it to "Manual" start.

    And then:

    Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location

    Enable "Let apps access your location"

    Enable "Let desktop apps access your location".

    Hello Chris197, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that the option "Set time automatically" is missing in your Windows 11;

    Recommendation that you are up to date with the latest version of Windows 11;

    press the Windows key + and go to Windows Update;

    Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

    Run the system file checker;

    Click on the Windows search bar and type: CMD

    The result of the search for CMD (Command Prompt) will be displayed, click Run as administrator;

    Copy and paste the command line commands below Type after typing each command line:

    Sfc /ScanNow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /ScanHealth

    Dism /Online /Cleanup-image /RestoreHealth

    Wait for the process to finish and restart the pc;

    Check if the Set time automatically option is back;

    I hope I helped, even more!
