Proxy outside organization

Hi, in my company we are using proxy server to go to web. However sometimes we have to use computers outside organization on Wi-Fi (not on company's domain network, but using domain account). I don't want to instruct the users to turn proxy on/off manually.

Is there a way to set proxy ON through GPO only when computer is connected to domain network through VPN or cable (and turn off when on wifi) ?
