Users session (local) doesn't display

Hello,

I noticed that I cannot see my other session on my laptop. I didn't touch anything specifically.

I tried to create an other user to see if it shows up but no.
I tried to go on the registry to check this Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Authentication\LogonUI\UserSwitch and enabled was 0 and stays 0 whatever I do (I put 1 of course but it didn't take the config) (I administrator of the machine)

Do you have any clue what I need to do to have again access to my other user ?

Thanks a lot !

    Hello Alexandre Sourd,

Glad to see you in Microsoft Community.

After going through your description, what I understand that you need to review other sessions from any local user as an administrator? May I know if the other session you mentioned refers to any chat tool? If so, some chat software may have corresponding settings to not save records locally (depending on the software). May I know if this machine is for commercial or a personal machine?

    Thank you for your patience!
