Hi, I restarted my asus vivobook and this thing came up it’s been looping for awhile now and i can’t seem to fix it .

i know how to access the advance options but it doesn’t want to go to it, i’ve been spamming the f7-f9 keys everytime it goes to the asus logo yet it still won’t let me access the advance options, it just instantly goes to this. please help

    Hi Jeremiah,

    I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Does this method get you into the Recovery Environment?

    Start your PC, just as Windows attempts to load (spinning dots), press and hold Power Button for 5 - 10 seconds to perform a Hard Shut Down

    Do this twice

    On the third start Windows will boot into the Recovery Environment and from there you can access System Repair, Safe Mode, Command Prompt... etc.

    Are those the keys too access Diagnostics on boot up?

    Is the HD recognized in the bios?
