USB Tethering BSOD Error

My device has Windows 11. I normally use mobile hotpot for using internet and playing games. But that consumes more battery from my phone and also a little bit slow than USB tethering. So I thought of using USB tethering. It has no problem while browsing. I haven't browsed for long time. So I don't know whether there is a problem there. I usually play games. The game I play is SANDBOX Alpha.

For the first time when I play the game after connecting USB tethering, it has no problem. But after around 10 minutes, it starts showing BSOD and the laptop is restarted automatically. After that I again take the game and within 1 min the BSOD comes again and device restarts. Again this happens. Then I stopped usb tethering and no problem.

After 1 day I did the same and this problem happens again exactly as I described above. Now I can't use USB tethering for playing that game.

My device is up-to-date. Every drivers and apps and everything is updated. Please help.

    Hi Athul Shaji,

I am Dave, I will help you with this.

Please check to see if your PC is producing any minidump files, I will check those to see if they provide any insight into a potential cause of the system crashes.

    Open Windows File Explorer.

    Navigate to C:\Windows\Minidump

Copy any minidump files onto your Desktop, then zip those up.

Upload the zip file to the Cloud (OneDrive, DropBox... etc.), then choose to share those and get a share link.

Then post the link here to the zip file, so we can take a look for you.
