Hello and goodmorning I woke up and went to turn my laptop on. I kept getting 3 LED flashes from the battery charge light. I did mange to boot windows 10 by connecting the AC adapter. But when I went to sign in In it looks like windows reset itself. I went to the event log to see a warning Event ID:63

is this something that I should take action instantly??

    Hi

    Good day,

Please try to log in with safe mode and temporarily disable the batch file in the task scheduler.

    Hi,

    Good day,

As you mentioned "it looks like microsoft windows reset itself", I would provide you following batch file to determining whether the computer has been reseted random instantly by the hardware.

    sh.bat:

    systeminfo >> c:\data\log\systeminfo.txt

Put this batch file in the task scheduler. Click on "Run whether user is logged on or not" as will as "Run with hightest privileges."

Then you could find out this result.
