Cannot edit file properties

I am unable to edit the file properties of MP3 files that I have downloaded off the internet. I used to be able to edit them to my heart's content, adding the song's title and artists to help organize them better, but now whenever I download them, the vast majority of them I cannot edit. Yes, the read only is unchecked, yes I have permission to edit files. What I have noticed in the files I CAN edit vs the files I CANNOT edit is in the files I CAN edit, there is a row in the "Content" category of the file properties labeled "Protection". The files I CAN edit say "No" in that row. The files are all downloaded from the same place and even sometimes I'll download the same file from the same place and the "No" will go away and I am unable to edit the properties of the new file. How can I either remove the protection or add the "No" or just simply edit my file's properties again"

Hi : There're some solutions to try. But are Not easy to apply them

what I suggest is that : you Reset the "File Explorer" to its

default settings, that way you may recover

    the "Edit properties" to normal

so open the below webPage and refer to : OPTION ONE - click to

Download the file in **blue** color : Next open "File Explorer"

from taskbar > click the "Downloads" Folder & Find

the downloaded file and Right click on it > Now click on

Run as Administrator : when finish > Restart the computer and

try to edit, your MP3 files : Are you able to that now,.?
