Is it possible to change my current power plan if a specified application is running?
I would like to disable my monitors turning off when a particular application is open, without just flat out disabling my current power plan.

Until now Windows doesn't have this option. Microsoft keeps working on updates to improve the Windows 11 features, sending your feedback in the Feedback Hub or finding feedback similar to yours and upvoting it, will help Microsoft to identify which features the users most want.
