- May I know the size of the file which you are trying to upload?
- Does this happen for blobs, file shares, and queues?
- Are you able to view the release notes? Help -> Release Notes
I ask because the blob , file share, queue and table editor are all the same "type" of editor, while the release notes are a different type. So if it fails for everything but release notes that lets us know there's an issue in the first type.

For testing purpose can you to upload same data using Azcopy tool and let me know the status
If the issue still persists, can you please share the screenshot of the error message
