Bluetooth Peripheral Device Missing

I've tried to install the latest intel driver, windows surface pro 8 driver, install generic driver but still I have this Bluetooth Peripheral Device Missing.

My bluetooth is working fine but I want to fully install all the drivers so I will not get any problem in the future.

    Dear Vhinoyski,have you checked for optional updates on Windows Update?

    Optional updates are for PC drivers;

    If driver updates do not appear on Windows Update;

    Try using a third-party application to update the drivers;

    Hello Vhinoyski, welcome to the Microsoft community, I'll be happy to help you today;

    I understand that you want to install all the drivers for your PC;

    To install all drivers check all updates from Windows Update;

    Press Windows key + i and go to Windows Update;

    Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

    Still in Windows Update, click on "View all optional updates";

    Install all driver updates;

    Restart the PC and check if all drivers have been installed;
