You might need to update your touchpad driver for your device.
Kindly go to settings > update and security > check for windows update.
Install the update and see if it will get any driver for your touchpad.
If issue persists, kindly press Windows key + R
Type: msinfo32
Hit enter.
Look for the system information and model.
Search it thru browser together with touchpad driver.
Go to your manufacturers website and look for the driver.
Download the driver and install it on your device.
Restart your computer and check if it is working.
