Missing Azure Administrator Associate Certification in my Learn Profile

Hello,

I seem to be missing the badge for my Azure Administrator Associate exam completion on my Microsoft Learn profile. Additionally the MCID on my profile isn't showing up, however I got the congratulations email to my email address. What information do I need to provide to confirm my completion? Additionally, I'd like to migrate all of my current transcript away from my current MS Learn account, how can I do that?
