Hi elleoth-
I'm Kevin B. Windows user like you. I do apologize for the inconvenience, let me help you sort things out.
Have you tried to turn off and turn on your router as well? If not, kindly shutdown your computer and turn off your router as well.
Wait for couple of minutes then turn on your router back and wait for all the lights to lit up.
Once everything is okay in the router, turn on the computer and see if it will connect to network.
If not, kindly try this steps below:
Press Windows Key + X.
Click on Command prompt (Admin).
Type the following commands, and hit Enter after each command:
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
netsh winsock reset
netsh int ip reset
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /flushdns
Restart the computer and check it again. Please let me know what will happen. Hope this will help and have a blessed day!
Thanks,
Kevin B.
