Files excluded from sync

Hi,

I have some audio files that will not open anymore. It says under the "status" colomn that the files are "excluded from sync". What does this mean? And how do I get my audio files to play again?

    Are you syncing files to OneDrive using it's Backup explained here:

    If so then you can right click certain files to exclude from Syncing.

    As to why your audio files won't play, what is the file type?
