Windows login screen

I work at a school district. All the staff and students have Microsoft accounts, even the primary grade levels.

Is there any possible way to sign into Windows with a QR code at the login screen for the smaller students. Does Microsoft offer something like this for the younger students that have a Microsoft account?

The admin has Hello blocked and I tried the picture password but it never showed up when I tried to log back in.
