This menu opens when you click the right mouse button.
Is the mouse button press also seen in other areas, like file explorer?
It might be the case that mouse is defective.

When I type in my address bar on any browser up pops a box with emoji, cut, copy, paste, etc. See picture. It will not go away even after I change tabs. Is there a fix for this? Just started today!!
