Summing transactions based on gift card number

Question

I have an excel file that has every transaction listed for every gift card we have sold. Each card has a gift card number, and then one line per cash transaction. Some cards have only a few transactions and some have dozens. There are thousands of cards.

The final balance on every card is not listed and this is the number I need for each card.

Is it possible to use SUMIF or another feature to find out the current balance on every card?
Column H is the column that needs to be summed for each gift card number.

In the attached file, column D is the gift card number.

For example card ending #3191 has a current balance if $5 (25-20),Sum of H43 to H55

3192 has a balance of zero H39-42

3193 has a zero balance

3194 has a $2 balance SUm of H57 to H59

I am just not sure how to go about this. Thank you!

It appears you can use the built-in Subtotals utility to sum the cards...
